Sacramento Capital Region Small Business Coalition in collaboration with the Sacramento Kings, City of Sacramento, and Turner Construction will be hosting outreach events to seek qualified subcontractors/suppliers and encourage participation of LBE (Local Business Enterprise) and SBE (Small Business Enterprise) to help attain the project goal of 60% and 20% participation by each designation.
