Meet one of California's rising legislative stars, Assemblymember Evan Low! Assemblymember Low is author of two 2016 bills in support of LGBTQ equality:
- AB 1887 - Prohibits state-funded travel to states with laws that discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
- AB 1888 - Requires any institution participating in Cal Grant, California's educational grant program, to certify that they don't discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
RainbowPAC is the non-partisan political action committee of the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce. RainbowPAC is a voice for diversity, equality and inclusion, as well as business-friendly candidates and legislation. In this important election year, RainbowPAC will endorse city, county and state candidates who understand that Equality is Good for Business!
